HIROTEC AMERICA’s Grand Opening event in its New Headquarters in Auburn Hills
Auburn Hills, MI., October 27, 2015 – HIROTEC Group, a global automotive supplier specializing in production of body-in-white closures, exhaust systems, and closure manufacturing equipment had a Grand Opening event in their new state-of-the-art facility located at 3000 High Meadow Circle in Auburn Hills, Michigan.
The 216,000-square-foot facility, located in the Oakland Technology Industrial park houses HIROTEC AMERICA’s corporate headquarters, a closure tooling manufacturing site, as well as a new stamping die tryout center.
“We were honored to have many dignitaries and special guests, including Michigan Governor Rick Snyder, attend our Grand Opening,” stated Katsu Uno, Chairman & CEO of HIROTEC AMERICA. “This new facility will allow us to better support our customers by increasing our local capacity to provide world class door, hood and lift gate/trunk lid (closure) manufacturing solutions.”
Their other facility located at 4567 Glenmeade Lane in Auburn Hills will continue to be HIROTEC AMERICA’s primary location for manufacturing, tooling build, hem systems group, purchasing, technical writing/training, and field service.
